🌀 Return & Refund Policy

At The Dragonfly Apothecary, every item is created or curated with intention, care, and energetic presence. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

🌿 Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or replacements if:
    •    Your item arrives damaged or defective
    •    You received the wrong item

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

🌙 Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and energetic integrity, we do not accept returns on:
    •    Herbal products, tinctures, teas, or consumables
    •    Crystal items that have been handled or used
    •    Ritual or spiritual tools

💫 Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, you may receive:
    •    A replacement item (when available), or
    •    A partial or full refund issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
